How Can I Attend the Conference?

Following steps required to be completed in order to confirm your attendance in the Conference:

As a Presenter:

  1. Create your user account through the Delegate Portal
  2. Submit Your abstract for acceptance
  3. Upon acceptance of abstract, complete your conference registration
  4. Complete payment for your conference registration and cruise accommodation. 

As an Attendee:

  1. Create your user account through the Delegate Portal
  2. Complete your conference registration
  3. Complete payment for your conference registration and cruise accommodation.
